Returns & Exchanges
At Otto Tiles & Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal tiles; however, if you change your mind, we accept returns on full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number and the quantity of full boxes you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your tiles in their original packaging and secure them onto a pallet if necessary to ensure they remain intact during transit.
Arrange Shipping
Ship the goods back to our designated warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the tiles for damage or usage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
