Do you offer samples before I place a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the true colors and textures of our tiles in your space. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For bespoke or out-of-stock handmade tiles, lead times can range from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?
Most of our encaustic cement and porcelain tiles are suitable for both walls and floors. However, certain delicate glazed tiles are recommended for wall use only. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page.
What is your return policy for surplus tiles?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-made or 'seconds' tiles are non-returnable.
Do I need to seal my tiles after installation?
Our encaustic cement and natural stone tiles are porous and must be sealed before and after grouting to protect against stains. Porcelain tiles generally do not require sealing.
Can I use your tiles with underfloor heating?
Yes, the majority of our tile collections, including our cement and porcelain ranges, are compatible with underfloor heating systems when installed with the correct adhesive and expansion joints.
